Policies
Policies are similar to bylaws except they are enacted by a BOD during their normal course of business and hold no weight on future BODs unless re-adopted by the incoming board or added to the bylaws at convention, unlike our bylaws which remain in place unless amended. Since they aren't bylaws, policies are more or less rules that the BOD uses to govern itself, much like an executive order.
